    This has already made a difference in some of my less motivated kids to work harder. I got parents involved by asking them to discuss goals with their child and brainstorm what they want to learn and or work on this year. Several said “practice more” . We keep this sheet in the front of their piano binder. Thank you so much! BTW I am interested in your Piano Olympics for next year (nothing like planning ahead right?) is the student workbook the only thing I would need to purchase? For some reason I thought there was a whole “program kit” . Thank you.

    I used this with my students in January at a New Year Kickoff Group session. They filled it out and then we went around the room and talked about our answers. This little worksheet packs a punch and many good things were revealed. I’m learning that if students can identify their own weaknesses and strengths without me pointing them out, they are more likely to work on things!
