Hi Faithe,
I have a form they fill out to let me know how many I can expect from their family attending the recital. In the same form, I include the opportunity to do a support ad. It says, “Support ads are a great way to say Congrats for a job well done! Who can place a support ad? Parents, grandparents, and other family members, friends, and businesses. Support ad funds go towards a studio scholarship fund. Feel free to share this link with family and friends who would like to include a support ad.”
