Free Webinar You Won’t Want to Miss!

Camps and Workshops, Lesson resources, Misc., Tips

JoyTunes is hosting a FREE webinar this Wednesday that I will be presenting! When thinking about a subject for the webinar, I thought teachers might enjoy learning a bit more about starting a music tech lab in your studios. I have had a tech lab for almost 20 years now and it has been a huge benefit in my studio. And what better way to take advantage of the Piano Maestro app than having a lab students can go to before or after their lessons.

In this presentation I will be going through the Ins and Outs of Starting a Music Tech Lab. We will start with what you will want, need or consider having in your lab, go through some scheduling options and resources on what to use during lab time.

If there is anything specific you are hoping to hear during the webinar, please leave a comment below and I will do my best including it.

Because this will be done on Google+ you won’t need to register. Just RSVP so you don’t forget to attend! And if for some reason you can’t attend, it will be recorded so you can view it later. Though one of the benefits of attending live is being able to ask questions after I’m done. Click the picture above or here to RSVP.

Hope to see you Wednesday morning. Be sure to set your alarms! Don’t worry about getting dressed, you can stay in your p.j’s. I won’t see you… 😉

Oh and just a little heads up tip… you will also want to follow me on TpT by Wednesday… Click here to follow.

I will have to watch the video later in the day. This is during Bible study time at our church. Looking forward to it. Leigh Stringfield

Reblogged this on 88pianokeys and commented:
Jennifer is giving a webinar you won’t want to miss–all about setting up Music Tech Time. You know I’m a huge fan of this studio set up and I’m sure you will learn a great deal. Come with questions! Jennifer will have plenty of answers as she’s included technology with her lessons for over 20 years. -Leila

I want to watch your Webinar but really don’t know how to do it.
Can you give me some guidance, please?

Hi Sue, Just click on the picture or link that I mention. You will be led to a page on Google+. Then just mark that you plan on attending. Now if you don’t have a google+ account, you may have to set it up to RSVP but I’m not totally sure on that. But it won’t prevent you from watching on Wednesday. So if you have problems RSVP’ing from Google+ you can just click on the link Wednesday 9am MST and it will be ready for you to view. Marta with JoyTunes might also be able to help a little bit more as far as this is concerned (this is my first time doing a webinar via Google+). So if you go to the JoyTunes teacher Facebook page I’m sure they can help you even further if needed. Here is the link:

Me again… I saw you RSVP’d! So you are set to go. On Wednesday morning, just click on the link and it will take you right to the webinar. See you then!
