Studio Policy Script Starters is for the independent private teacher/business. Every so often when we are in the moment of a confrontation or problem with our policy we are not sure what to say. This is mostly because we are close to our students and we don’t want to offend and risk losing the student. Because of this we might find ourselves agreeing to things we really didn’t want to agree to or were against our policies. After all, it’s not always easy having to say, “no.”
Sometimes it’s nice to have some tips or a “script” so to speak to refer to, to give some ideas on how to better word our responses. For this reason, I have created studio policy script starters. To help guide you in responding in a tactful and professional way, while sticking with your policies.
