I had a request from a teacher for an assignment log for students to keep track of their iPad or Tablet work.

 

Trying to save on paper? Don’t worry about printing these assignment sheets out. Just download them on an app like PDF Expert 5, Notability, etc… that allows you to write on PDF files.

 

How I use: I download assignment log for as many students as I have then add their name as the file name. First thing students do is open up the app (I personally use PDF Expert for this). Find their file name and then write or type in the info. Then they play their app, go back and log their score and give feedback.

 

I have included 3 versions for both iPad and Tablet.

  • Version 1- Use with all apps
  • Version 2- Print individual pages per app
  • Version 3- Added a space for individual names (good for classes to use 1 sheet)
